Jud Snyder
Chairman-Elect
Jud Snyder is President of BMO Harris Equipment Finance Company and BMO’s Senior Executive for Southeast Wisconsin. He joined the bank in 1994. Prior to his current role, he was in credit, sales and sales management in equipment finance at M&I Equipment Finance. Following the BMO acquisition of M&I Equipment Finance, Snyder assumed the head role at equipment finance with the mandate to leverage the business across BMO and grow the business to scale. He has been an active volunteer with ELFA for many years and is currently a Vice Chair and member of the ELFA Board of Directors. He also serves on the Boards for the Milwaukee Ballet, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County and Teach for America. He holds a BA in Russian and economics from UW Madison.
Kris Snow

Kristine (Kris) A. Snow is President of Cisco Systems Capital Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cisco Systems, Inc., where she leads the company’s global captive finance business. She also leads the Cisco certified remanufactured equipment business. She joined Cisco from CIT Group, Inc., in 2009. She is a former member of the ELFA Board and a past Chair of the Captive and Vendor Finance BCSC. She currently serves on the Gonzaga University Board of Trustees, co-chairs the Executive Council for the School of Engineering and Applied Science, and is Advisory Board Emeritus to the St. Mary’s College School of Economics and Business Administration. She holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Gonzaga University and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California. In 2016, she received the Women of Influence Award from the Silicon Valley Business Journal. In 2012, she was honored for exemplifying excellence as a female executive as a recipient of the YWCA Tribute to Women Award for the Silicon Valley.
Jennifer Coyle

Jennifer A. Coyle is Managing Director at Macquarie, an investment bank headquartered in Sydney, Australia. At Macquarie, she has been responsible for the build out of sales, technology implementations, credit and operations, with oversight on financial accounting of her division. Prior to joining Macquarie, she started up four divisions within global institutions at Caterpillar Financial, Royal Bank of Scotland and GE Capital Corporation. She received dual BA degrees in economics and German from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass. She also attended classes at Georgetown University and the Institute for European Studies in Vienna, Austria. At Macquarie, she led the Women at Macquarie initiative in the Americas and is a lead member on the Diversity Council. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and serves on two internal boards and one external board, Canadian Iron Ore Rail Limited Partnership.
Brett Davis

Brett Davis has served as President of CNH Industrial Capital LLC since March 2015. He relocated from Curitiba, Brazil, where he served as President of Banco CNH Industrial Capital S. A. from August 2011. He joined the company in 1996 in New Holland, Penn., as Assistant General Counsel. In 1998 he was appointed United States Western Region Operations Manager. Thereafter, he relocated to Buenos Aires, Argentina, assuming responsibility for establishing and leading the CNH financial services business. In 2001, he moved to Curitiba, Brazil to serve as Director of Operations for Banco CNH Capital. From 2005 to 2007, he served as Managing Attorney and Assistant Secretary for CNH Capital North America. Later he assumed responsibility for the North American Commercial Lending Business. Prior to joining CNH Capital, he worked in the corporate finance department at the McNees Wallace & Nurick law firm in Pennsylvania. He holds both a law degree and a Bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University. He is also conversant in Spanish and Portuguese.
David Fate
Director
Dave Fate is the President-CEO and co-founder of Stonebriar Commercial Finance. He has led Stonebriar from a denovo start-up in 2015 to currently the third largest independent finance company in the U.S., including the acquisition or launch of rail leasing, aviation capital, realty capital, non-bank lender and a maritime joint venture. He served in similar leadership roles with prior denovo starts, AIG Commercial Finance and Transamerica Equipment Finance, both of which grew into multi-billion dollar diversified finance companies. He began his career in 1983 as a credit analyst with CIT. He joined ITT Capital Finance in 1988 as a credit manager and having been quickly promoted to executive positions, played a key role in ITT’s divestiture of its finance business. He has been active in industry associations, including serving on the Board of the Equipment Finance & Leasing Foundation. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in finance from Fort Hays State University.
Amy Nelson

Amy Nelson is President of the Healthcare and Clean Technology Global Business Unit at DLL. She joined DLL in 2001 and has held several senior management positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Global Vendor Finance Division. She is a seasoned finance and leasing executive with 30 years of experience working for industry leaders such as Deloitte Touche, Ernst & Young and Banc of America Leasing. She served as a member of ELFA’s Financial Accounting Committee from 2010–2014 and was instrumental in advising the Financial Accounting Standards Board on the new lease accounting standard. She currently serves as a member of the ELFA Women’s Council. She holds a B.S. in business administration from Bryant University.
Dan Nelson

Dan Nelson is Founder and President of Tamarack Consulting, a leading technology solution provider to the equipment finance and commercial lending industry. With over 28 years of industry experience, he leads Tamarack’s professional services and products offerings for back office solutions. An active member of the ELFA since 2002, he served as chair of the Service Provider Business Council Steering Committee. He currently serves on the Operations & Technology Committee. Prior to starting Tamarack in 2001, he held IT management, conversion and consulting positions at International Decision Systems. He holds a Certified Lease & Finance Professional designation and a B.A. in mathematics.
Alan Sikora
Director
Alan Sikora is the CEO of First American Equipment Finance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of City National Bank. He joined First American in 2002 and has held various roles of increasing responsibility in credit, operations, sales and sales leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Rochester. He completed his MBA at the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship. He holds a Certified Leasing & Finance Professional designation and sits on the advisory board for the Rochester Institute of Technology’s business school. He has been active in ELFA since 2002. He was elected to the Financial Institutions Business Council Steering Committee in 2013 and became Chair of the committee in 2014.
The ELFA Nominating Committee has named the following individuals to stand for election by the ELFA membership. If elected, all nominees will begin their term of service at the conclusion of the ELFA Annual Convention, Oct. 22 -24 in Orlando, FL. Each ELFA member company may cast one vote for each nominee. On Aug. 11, voting materials and instructions will be emailed to each member company’s key contact, who may then vote via confidential electronic ballot on the ELFA website. The voting will conclude Oct. 4 at 5 p.m. ET.
