LEADERSHIP 2018 Jud Snyder Chairman-Elect Jud Snyder is President of BMO Harris Equipment Finance Company and BMO’s Senior Executive for Southeast Wisconsin. He joined the bank in 1994. Prior to his current role, he was in credit, sales and sales management in equipment fi nance at M&I Equipment Finance. Following the BMO acquisition of M&I Equipment Finance, Snyder assumed the head role at equipment fi nance with the mandate to leverage the business across BMO and grow the business to scale. He has been an active volunteer with ELFA for many years and is currently a Vice Chair and member of the ELFA Board of Directors. He also serves on the Boards for the Milwaukee Ballet, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County and Teach for America. He holds a BA in Russian and economics from UW Madison. Kris Snow Vice Chairman Kristine (Kris) A. Snow is President of Cisco Systems Capital Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cisco Systems, Inc., where she leads the company’s global captive fi nance business. She also leads the Cisco certifi ed remanufactured equipment business. She joined Cisco from CIT Group, Inc., in 2009. She is a former member of the ELFA Board and a past Chair of the Captive and Vendor Finance BCSC. She currently serves on the Gonzaga University Board of Trustees, co-chairs the Executive Council for the School of Engineering and Applied Science, and is Advisory Board Emeritus to the St. Mary’s College School of Economics and Business Administration. She holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Gonzaga University and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California. In 2016, she received the Women of Infl uence Award from the Silicon Valley Business Journal . In 2012, she was honored for exemplifying excellence as a female executive as a recipient of the YWCA Tribute to Women Award for the Silicon Valley. Jennifer Coyle Director Jennifer A. Coyle is Managing Director at Macquarie, an investment bank headquartered in Sydney, Australia. At Macquarie, she has been responsible for the build out of sales, technology implementations, credit and operations, with oversight on fi nancial accounting of her division. Prior to joining Macquarie, she started up four divisions within global institutions at Caterpillar Financial, Royal Bank of Scotland and GE Capital Corporation. She received dual BA degrees in economics and German from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass. She also attended classes at Georgetown University and the Institute for European Studies in Vienna, Austria. At Macquarie, she led the Women at Macquarie initiative in the Americas and is a lead member on the Diversity Council. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and serves on two internal boards and one external board, Canadian Iron Ore Rail Limited Partnership. Brett Davis Director Brett Davis has served as President of CNH Industrial Capital LLC since March 2015. He relocated from Curitiba, Brazil, where he served as President of Banco CNH Industrial Capital S. A. from August 2011. He joined the company in 1996 in New Holland, Penn., as Assistant General Counsel. In 1998 he was appointed United States Western Region Operations Manager. Thereafter, he relocated to Buenos Aires, Argentina, assuming responsibility for establishing and leading the CNH fi nancial services business. In 2001, he moved to Curitiba, Brazil to serve as Director of Operations for Banco CNH Capital. From 2005 to 2007, he served as Managing Attorney and Assistant Secretary for CNH Capital North America. Later he assumed responsibility for the North American Commercial Lending Business. Prior to joining CNH Capital, he worked in the corporate fi nance department at the McNees Wallace & Nurick law fi rm in Pennsylvania. He holds both a law degree and a Bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
